DUTY STATION – MUKONO
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of existing labour laws
• At least 2 years’ working experience in a similar role in a large manufacturing company.
PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES REQUIRED
• Ability to influence and persuade senior management level.
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• High standard of attention to detail most especially related to Human resource.
• Ability to convey difficult and challenging information to managers.
• knowledge in IT, ie: Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
